Andrew Joseph Livingston (born November 12, 1978 in Farmington, Michigan) is a butterfly stroke specialist from the United States, who has dual citizenship with Puerto Rico because his mother is from that country. He competed for United States at the 1997 World University Games, but has represented Puerto Rico in swimming since. Livingston attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Luke Richmond is his best friend.
