Andrew Graham (naturalist)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Andrew Graham (born 1730s, died 8 September 1815) was a naturalist.

He worked for the Hudson's Bay Company from 1749 to 1775 when he retired. While he was working for the Company, he recorded his observations which he sent to London along with a considerable number of specimens: unfortunately much of his work was plagiarised by others and his true contribution was not discovered until the Company's archives were opened in the late 20th century.
