Ensign Andreas Nikolas is a fictional character in the non-canon Star Trek series Stargazer.

Andreas Nikolas has had several different jobs aboard the USS Stargazer, mainly in security. He is somewhat laid-back and not too devoted to his job. He has a way of arriving at assignments and meetings at the last minute, which has earned him the nickname "Nik of time".

Aboard the Stargazer, Nikolas developed an attraction towards the ship's navigator and helm officer, the twin sisters Gerda and Idun Asmund, but neither of them reciprocated the feeling. This remained merely wishful thinking on Nikolas's part, until a third Asmund, called Gerda Idun, suddenly appeared on the ship. Nikolas fell hopelessly in love with her, but it was soon revealed that Gerda Idun was really an agent from the "Mirror Universe", seeking to kidnap the Stargazer's chief engineer Phigus Simenon to help her ship in her universe.

After Gerda Idun's plans were foiled and she returned to the Mirror Universe, Nikolas was left heartbroken, so he resigned his post on the Stargazer and instead enlisted on the civilian freighter ship Ikton'ji. There he was confronted by a strange alien who had gained superpowers from an encounter with the Galactic Barrier.
