Andrea Silenzi

Andrea Silenzi (born 10 February 1966 in Rome) is a former Italian footballer.

In England, he was best known as one of the worst signings by Nottingham Forest. Signed for £1.8m by manager Frank Clark in 1995, he made only 20 appearances (7 starts) and scored only two goals, one in the FA Cup and one in the Coca-Cola Cup before having his contract was torn up. [1]

He had one international cap for the Italy national football team, in 1994.
