Andrea Masley (b. 1963) is an attorney, law professor, author and a former judicial candidate (Democrat). She is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School. She is author of The Better Business Bureau: A Resource for Lenders, Commercial Lending Review.[1] She has been the principal court attorney to state Supreme Court Justices Louise Gruner Gans and Charles Edward Ramos in the division that handles commercial cases.[2]. She is chair of the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.[3]

Masley received her B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1984; she returned to the university to graduate in 1987 with an M.B.A. in finance. In 1991, Masley earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
