Andrés San Martín

Andrés San Martín (b April 12, 1978. Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine footballer currently playing for Arsenal de Sarandí in Argentina.
San Martín began his career in 1997 at Argentine second division club Banfield, he soon earned a transfer to Primera division side Unión de Santa Fe. Meanwhile his former club had won promotion to the Primera, so in 2002 San Martín rejoined Banfield.
In 2005 Argentine giants River Plate made him an offer he couldnt refuse, he left Banfield to play at the Monumental.
After only one season with River he was loaned out to Tenerife, with an option to buy for $1.5m. At the end of the loan period Tenerife decided against signing San Martín on a permant basis. This prompted his return to Argentina to join Arsenal de Sarandí.
