André Cayatte (February 3, 1909, Carcassonne – February 6, 1989, Paris) was a French filmmaker and lawyer, who was known for his films on crime and justice.

Some of Cayatte's films included: Justice Est Faite (Justice is Done, 1950), Nous Sommes Tous des Assassins (We Are All Murderers, 1951), Tomorrow Is My Turn (1962), Mourir d'Aimer (To Die of Love, 1972).
