Andon Beça was an Albanian politician.

Under the Italian occupation he was Minister of Economy in Shefqet Verlaci’s government which started functioning on 12 April 1939, and Minister of Finances in 1943. He had only one son, sentenced by Enver Hoxha. His son died in prison. Andon Beca had a lot of real estate including riverside territories and estates in most of principal cities.
