Anderson Montague-Barlow

Sir (Clement) Anderson Montague-Barlow, 1st Baronet KBE , PC (28 February 1868 – 31 May 1951) was an English Barrister and Conservative Party politician.
Montague-Barlow was born at St Bartholomew's Vicarage, Clifton, Gloucestershire. He received a Master's degree and an LL.D. from the University of Cambridge and practiced at the bar.
Between 1910 and 1923 Montague-Barlow represented Salford South in the House of Commons.
In 1918 he became a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. Sir Clement was the first Baronet Montague-Barlow. In 1922 he was elevated to the Privy Council of the United Kingdom upon becoming Minister of Labour, a position he served in until 1924.
Upon his death, Sir Clement's baronetcy became extinct.
