Ambassador Londo Mollari arranges the death of Lord Refa. John and Delenn share the 2nd half of a "first kiss."

- Lord Refa is dead, killed by a conspiracy of convenience between Londo and G'Kar.
- The White Star fleet is unveiled, followed by Sheridan and Delenn's mutual feelings for each other.
- Sheridan has deduced the Shadows' battle plan - to push as many refugees as possible into a single area to strike and deal a devastating blow to the morale of the alliance.
