The title track is from a live performance at Waterman's Art Centre in Hammersmith, England, on August 19, 1988. Sonic Boom, Jason Pierce, Will Caruthers, and Steve Evans played. The liner notes for this track credit Pat Fish, a.k.a. the Jazz Butcher, with "joint rolling."
The other two tracks on the original release are studio performances from 1987. "Ecstasy in Slow Motion" is Sonic Boom solo. "Spacemen Jam" is Sonic Boom and Jason Pierce.
