[edit] Trivia
- The album artwork was done as a tribute to CKY's ultra loyal fanbase, the Alliance. The giant "A" on the front cover is the symbol of the fans.
- The original title of this album was "The Butchers Hand". Later, the band announced that the title was now "An Answer Can Be Found". Both titles can be found in the lyrics to the tracks "As the Tables Turn" and "Suddenly Tragic".
- The track "Behind the Screams" originally appeared as extra footage in "Haggard", a movie directed by Bam Margera. After massive fan requests for this to be recorded for an album, it was revealed that it was going to appear on An Answer Can Be Found. This is only the second song that has been done for, the first one was "Close Yet Far" (Fairman's Song).
- "All Power to Slaves" was originally the opening track for the album.
- "Don't Hold Your Breath" is a track that goes back to the Volume 1 days. It never really fit anywhere until this album was made, and the band thought it would make a good closer. It was finished for this album.
- "Behind the Screams" is actually a play on words. The hidden joke is that it was behind the scenes on the Haggard DVD, so it was named "Behind the Screams". It was also named that because the track appeared after "Tripled Manic State" - which has a long scream at the end.
- "Tripled Manic State" is a continuation of the story from "Inhuman Creation Station" on the previous album. The first involves a factory that makes humans, told through the eyes of the operators, While "Tripled Manic State" is the same story except told through the eyes of a human being created.
- During the making of this album, the bands first live bassist Vern Zaborowski, was fired. In the summer of 2005, the band announced that Matt Deis was their new bass player, formerly of All That Remains. Matt Deis was a huge fan since Volume 1.
