[edit] A couple of tips
Hi, Amy. I'm not sure if you're considering requesting adminship again in the future, but if so I thought I'd offer you a couple of tips. Aside from the standard rules about polite and responsible editing (which you don't seem to have a problem with), a minimum time of a few months, and the usual unwritten requirement of 1,000 edits, there are some other small things that might give you problems in the future.
First, it's not a good idea to blank your talk page. The messages people leave you are useful for others, too, so they can make sure they're not being redundant. It's up to you, but it's generally frowned upon except in the cases of personal attacks. Some RfA voters will hold it against you, as petty as it might seem.
Secondly, use edit summaries when you make changes. A bot checks every RfA applicant's statistics with editing, including how often they use edit summaries. 100% is preferable, and anything less than 90% or so is likely to get some objections from voters. Even if it's just a quick note like "reply" or "copyedit", that's better than a blank record.
I hope that helps you. If you ever have questions or need help with anything, don't hesitate to contact me. Kafziel 16:39, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
