Amy Williams (born 29 September 1982) is a British (English) skeleton athlete.

Born in Bath, Williams tried several other sports before she became a skeleton athlete. She was a runner (200m, 400m and cross-country) and also participated in swimming. She started as a skeleton athlete in 2005 and became British champion in 2006. At the 2007 World Championships she finished in seventh position.
