Yi-ngo (Thai: ยี่งอ) is a district (Amphoe) of Narathiwat Province, southern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Bacho, Mueang Narathiwat, Ra-ngae and Rueso.

The district is subdivided into 6 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 40 villages (muban). Yi-ngo is a township (thesaban tambon) which covers parts of tambon Yi-ngo. There are further 6 Tambon administrative organizations.
