Tha Luang (Thai: ท่าหลวง) is a district (Amphoe) in eastern part of Lopburi Province, central Thailand.

Tha Luang was separated from Chai Badan and became a minor district (King Amphoe). On May 26th, 1989 it was upgraded to full Amphoe status.

The Pasak Jolasit reservoir is the main water resource of the district, used for fishery and as well as for irrigation.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Chai Badan and Lam Sonthi of Lopburi, Muak Lek of Saraburi Province, and Phatthana Nikhom of Lopburi.

The district is subdivided into 6 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 43 villages (muban). Ban Tha Luang has township (thesaban tambon) status and covers parts of tambon Tha Luang. There are 6 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
