Si Nakhon (Thai: ศรีนคร) is a district (Amphoe) of Sukhothai Province, northern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise): Sawankhalok and Si Satchanalai of Sukhothai Province, and Tron and Phichai of Uttaradit Province.

The minor district (King Amphoe) Si Nakhon was established on January 20 1976, then consisting of the two tambon Si Sakhon and Nakhon Doet of Sawankhalok district. It was upgraded to a full district on July 13 1981.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 49 villages (muban). The township (thesaban tambon) Si Nakhon covers parts of tambon Si Nakhon. There are further 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
