Sattahip is a district (Amphoe) in the province Chonburi, Thailand. It is located at the southern tip of the province, close to the tourism center Pattaya.

Neighboring districts are Bang Lamung to the north, and Ban Chang of Rayong Province to the west. To the south and the east is the Gulf of Thailand.

The Juksamet Port of Sattahip is one of the few deep-water ports of Thailand. Also the Sattahip Naval Base is the largest base of the Royal Thai Navy and is home to the HTMS Chakri Nareubet, the Navy's sole aircraft carrier.

The Ban Sattahip Air Base (U-Tapao International Airport) was used extensively by the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. The Sattahip Naval Base was the site of the 20th World Scout Jamboree in December 2002/January 2003.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 41 villages (muban). There are three townships (thesaban tambon) - Sattahip, Na Chom Thian and Bang Sare. Sattahip covers parts of tambon Sattahip and Phlu Ta Luang, Na Chom Thian and Bang Sare each parts of the same-named tambon. There are further 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
