Sang Khom (Thai: สร้างคอม) is a district (Amphoe) in the northern part of Udon Thani Province, northeastern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the southeast clockwise) Ban Dung, Phen and Phon Phisai of Nong Khai Province.

The minor district (King Amphoe) was established on May 15 1975, when it was split off from Phen district. In 1990 it was upgraded to a full district.

The district is subdivided into 6 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 52 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 6 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
