Kao Liao (Thai: เก้าเลี้ยว) is a district (Amphoe) of Nakhon Sawan Province, northern Thailand.

This area was made a minor district (King Amphoe) on September 12th, 1969. It was officially upgraded to a full district on June 12th, 1973.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Banphot Phisai of Nakhon Sawan Province, Pho Thale of Phichit Province, and Chum Saeng and Mueang Nakhon Sawan of Nakhon Sawan again.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 44 villages (muban). Kao Liao is a township (thesaban tambon) which covers the whole tambon Kao Liao. There are further 4 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
