Chiang Kham (Thai: เชียงคำ) is a district (Amphoe) in the northeastern part of Phayao Province, northern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Pong, Chunof Phayao Province, Thoeng of Chiang Rai Province and Phu Sang of Phayao Province again. To the northeast is Xaignabouli Province of Laos.

The district is subdivided into 10 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 132 villages (muban). There are three townships (thesaban tambon) - Chiang Kham covers parts of tambon Yuan, Sop Bong covers the whole tambon Son Bong, and Ban Sai the whole tambon Wiang. There are further 10 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
