Benchalak (Thai: เบญจลักษณ์) is a district (Amphoe) of Sisaket Province, northeastern Thailand.

The district area was separated from Kantharalak district and made a minor district (King Amphoe) on May 31 1993. It was upgraded to a full district on December 31 1996.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Kantharalak, Si Rattana, Nam Kliang and Non Khun of Sisaket Province, Det Udom and Thung Si Udom of Ubon Ratchathani Province.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 64 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
