The Khasi Hills Keelback Amphiesma khasiense is a species of snake found in India (Assam), Myanmar (= Burma), Laos, Vietnam and parts of China (Yunnan, Tibet).
This snake is a voracious toad eater.
It is a reddish brown snake with a white transverse bar running across the supra labial scales.
