I performed a speedy deletion of the article because there were only three words of text that did not form a complete sentence. Since then I have done a little more investigation and found that an article about this pub has previously appeared on Wikipedia and was removed following a full deletion debate[1] and is also subject to removal by any admin as a repost of previously deleted material (crieria G4).

The primary concern an article such as this presents is the availability of reliable published sources to provide verification of information in the article. Wikipedia policy does not allow personal knowledge to be substituted for published sources and your claim that the pub is owned by your father also raises concerns about a possible conflict of interest. To overcome these issues you will need to provide the published sources the newly written article is based upon. Citing your sources should also help you overcome any problems should the article be deleted as a recreation and you need to take the issue to deletion review to be resolved. --Allen3 ^talk 16:20, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
