Ameristar Jet Charter

Ameristar Jet Charter (Ameristar Air Cargo) is a charter cargo airline based in Dallas, Texas, USA. It operates cargo services in the Americas and also acts as a broker to other cargo carriers. Its main base is Addison Airport (ADS), with hubs at Willow Run Airport (YIP)Ypsilanti, MI, and El Paso International Airport (ELP).

The airline was established in July 1999 and started operations on 4 September 2000. It is wholly owned by Tom Wachendorfer.
On January 2007 one of the company's Learjets ( N444TW ) went down over Zapotlanejo, México. Both the pilot and the co-pilot died in the crash.
