American Power Boat Association

The American Power Boat Association was started in 1903 as a racing association for powerboats. It manages racing series for several different types of boats, including the "Factory" and "Unlimited Hydroplane" classes. The movie Madison showcased the APBA as the organization responsible for setting up the races throughout the film.
