American Lawyer Media or ALM, publishes magazines and newspapers targeting primarily the legal industry, but also business, real estate and finance. ALM also produces conferences, seminars and trade shows, and the company owns Law.com, a site for legal news and information. ALM is headquartered in New York and is owned by Bruce Wasserstein.
Magazines published by ALM include American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel and IP Law & Business. Daily newspapers published include New York Law Journal, the Fulton County Daily Report (Atlanta), the Legal Intelligencer (Philadelphia) and The Recorder (San Francisco). Weekly newspapers include the National Law Journal, Legal Times, New Jersey Law Journal, the Connecticut Law Tribune, the Pennsylvania Law Weekly and Texas Lawyer.
Other publications include VerdictSearch which is a combination of weekly, monthly and yearly magazines as well as online databases covering civil trials.
