This article needs good revision and for whatever reason wasn't linked to the LOTR/Tolkien categories. [-[List of Middle-earth peoples]] [-[Category:Middle-earth Elves]] [-[Category:List of Middle-earth peoples]]... something like that. I think he was also a grey elf.

Amdir is a real character whose history can be traced back in The Silmarillion as well as The History of Middle-Earth.

I don't know how to properly do the edits so if someone can help me fix up the article that would be fantastic.
