[edit] NHL rosters
Hey, just to give you a heads up... once rosters are finalized, we're going to be roll out a uniform roster table for teams in the NHL that can be previewed at Ottawa Senators. If you have any input go to Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Ice_Hockey/Team_pages_format. ccwaters 00:38, 1 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Cut and paste
Please don't move articles by cutting and pasting their contents. It causes a series of problems. The right way is to use the "Move this page" link on the left. Thanks, -Willmcw 07:54, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for your work. Please read over the guideline on article titles (Wikipedia:Naming conventions etc) and page moves (Wikipedia:Merging and moving pages) before making further changes. Cheers, -Willmcw 23:19, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] 2006 Winter Olympics medal count
I've reverted your changes to the article. Please note that the first table is ranked by medal type (the IOC, BBC, IAAF convention), the second is ranked by medal count (the North American convention). Thanks. --Madchester 18:16, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] LoPbN
I removed extra info you added, which is appropriate to his bio but not to this navigational page.

[edit] AfD nomination of Brian Collins
I've nominated Brian Collins, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Brian Collins satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brian Collins and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Brian Collins during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Crystallina 14:21, 4 June 2006 (UTC) (note - in addition, the article had previously been deleted)
[edit] CFL players category
I noticed that you have been adding the CFL players category to a bunch of pages that are already in a subcategory (Argos players, Stampeders players, etc). Usually you don't need to do this (ie Wikipedia:Categorization#Some general guidelines). Do you feel that this is a case when it is a good idea to categorize them in this way? Qutezuce 04:20, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
- I think the reason the CFL players category has so many people is just a legacy, there probably weren't individual team categories at some point, just the CFL players category. So if it's all the same to you how about we try to just put players into their team categories. Qutezuce 05:10, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ian "Rocky" Butler
Hey, you'll need to re-do your WP:RM for Ian "Rocky" Butler. You missed steps 2 and 3 so it didn't show up in Category:Requested moves (which exists so people can see what to vote on) and people didn't have a place to easily add votes. I removed the entry from WP:RM. Let me know if you have any questions. —Wknight94 (talk) 04:13, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject Lacrosse
I have created a proposal for a new WikiProject about lacrosse, and I thought you might be interested in joining. Please check out the temporary project page at User:MrBoo/WikiProject Lacrosse and sign your name if you are interested.

[edit] Talk:Bow tie
Hi,
You may have an interest, since I saw your name in the history list of the Bow tie article: There's a separate article, List of bow tie wearers and an admin is suggesting deleting it. When I looked into the Bow tie page, I found there's already a list there. I don't have an opinion on which list should remain, but one really should go. I'd appreciate your advice on the Talk:Bow tie page, if you're interested and have the time.Noroton 00:57, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Joe Smith
In addition to fixing the particular move you mentioned, I did an overall of the various Joe Smith articles. It turns out a number of articles mentioning a famous jazz musician were erroenously pointing to a basketball player. Thanks for mentioning the problem. [edit] Argos Vandalism
Sorry to have zapped your recent edit; it wasn't your's that I had to pull; someone under the name 165.124.163.117 went onto a few sites (Argos, Winnipeg Jets, and Raptors and altered stats... Bacl-presby 00:13, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
