Alvaro de Molina

Alvaro de Molina (born July 13, 1957) is currently the chief financial officer of Bank of America Corporation. He has been with the company since joining one of its predecessors in 1989. He attended Duke University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics, and he received a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.


On Dec. 1, 2006, he announced his resignation as CFO of Bank of America effective at the end of the year.
