The information in this article is incorrect. Currently, there are several projects designed at confirming or refuting the rumors surrounding antiperspirant use and the incidences of breast cancer. I direct your attention to two articles, one from 2003:
wherein the abstract discusses the inconclusivity of current expriments. And one from 2005:
which expresses a correlation between aluminum complexes and rates of breat cancer.
