Aluminum Tunes: Switched On, Vol. 3 is a double album collection of EPs and rarities from Stereolab, released in 1998. Included here is a collaboration with Herbie Mann on Antonio Carlos Jobim's "One Note Samba/Surfboard" and a cover of Roy Budd's "Get Carter" theme. Stereolab originals of note include "Check and Double Check," "Seeperbold," and "The Incredible He-Woman," featuring a bizarre lyric by Laetitia Sadier about The Virgin Mary morphing into Jesus.
