Alphabet Supes is a comic book written by Jim Krueger and illustrated by Anthony Castrillo. The comic is about a team of superheroes, each of them representing a particular letter of the alphabet. When they have arranged themselves to spell a word, they become whatever it is that they spell out. The characters also have personality quirks based on the letters they represent: vowels are obsessed with their own importance, Y is neurotic about her identity, Q relies heavily on U, etc.
