Alois/Aloys Ritter von Brinz (February 25, 1820, Weiler/Allgäu - September 13, 1887, München) was a German jurist, politician.

He taught as a professor at the University of Erlangen, University of Prague, Tübingen University (1866-), University of Munich (1871-).

He was a researcher of Roman law.
