Alois II, Prince of Liechtenstein (26 May 1796 - 12 November 1858) was the prince of Liechtenstein between 1836 and 1858. He was the son of Johann I and his wife Countess Josepha Sophie von Furstenberg-Weitra.

He was contributed in an active way to its economic and political development.

Alois married Countess Franziska Kinsky in 1831. They had eleven children, nine daughters and two sons: Princes Johannes II and Franz I.
