Alois Heinrich von Brühl

Alois Heinrich von Brühl (Polish: Alojzy Henryk Bruhl; 1739 - 1793) was a Polish-Saxonian diplomat, politician, freemason and military commander, serving in the Polish Army in the rank of general (since 1763). He was a son to minister Heinrich von Brühl, one of the advisors to August II of Poland. He was also briefly a starost of Warsaw. In that role he founded the modern sewerage and the predecessor of the Warsaw Fire Guard.
