Almiro Gaspar Marques

Almiro Gaspar Marques , Marinha Grande, 1945, is a Portuguese lawyer and Grand Master of GLRP - Grande Loja Regular de Portugal.
Author of some articles published in the book “Think between Freemasons” and magazin “Between Columns”.

Finished the primary instruction, he initiates a work life as packet boy and later as laborer. Simultaneously with the enterprise career and as diligent student, he continued the Law studys at the University of Coimbra. He made professional career in the enterprise world, especially in the industry of Marinha Grande, over 38 years. He concluded his career, in the same company as Administration Chairman.

- Initiated in the RL Gomes Freire de Andrade, of GLRP, in January of 1996;
- In April of 1997, after the crisis in the GLRP, he is assigned person Great Door;
- In 1998 is elected VM of R D. Fernando II, constituted at the East of Sintra working in Scottish Rite Rectified;
- In December of 1998, it´s conferred the Honorific Order medail Master Afonso Domingues]];
- In 1999 is chosen as the council member of the Order, since then successively nominated;
- In 2000 comes back to be assigned person Great Gládio Door;
- Between 1999 middle and May of 2000, as lawyer supports with success the position of the GLRP as he legitimizes owner of its material and documentary patrimony;
- In 2000 is distinguished with Degree from Comendador and the medail of silver Honorific Order Master Afonso Domingues;
- In 2002 is assigned Vice Supreme Master;
- In2003 elected and installed VM of the MR Lodge Mercury;
- Elected Grand Master of GLRP in the session of Great Lodge of 25 of June of 2005 and Installed in the Solemn Session of Equinox of Autumn, 24 of September - 2005.
