Alkarl

Alkarl is a character in the PlayStation game SaGa Frontier. He is a minor character that plays a semi-important role in one of the main character's quests.

Alkarl is the superhero who gave Red his powers. He saved Red from Shuzer and drove him off. In order to save Red's life, he had to bestow upon him superhero abilities. After doing so, he tells the new hero the rules of being a superhero ; never act unjustly, and never reveal your true identity. However, at the end of Red's quest, Alkarl appears and takes his powers away. Alkarl shares most of Alkaiser's abilities and can wield a RaySword.
At the end of Red's quest, Alkarl is revealed to be none other than Hawk, his longtime friend.
