[edit] Ad Campaign
Alibris had an interesting ad campaign in the 90s and early 2000s. I'd like to see some reference to this, especially to the books that were listed as being classics from our childhood but which we'd long lost. Any ideas or leads? Interlingua 20:13, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

Please let the customer beware that Alibris does not offer a customer service contact phone number to a live person, they only offer an email customer service option which is not always responsive in addressing and correcting customer complaints. As a result the customer may be left holding the bag without the ability to contact a live person at Alibris for help.
Uncited and unencyclopedic. We're not a consumer guide or a how-to. If someone can come up with a cited way to add comparable information, and write it in an encyclopedic style, I have no problem with touching on the topic of how Alibris does customer service. (Full disclosure: Anittas pointed out this passage to me in an email.) - Jmabel | Talk 16:26, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
