Aligarh District

Aligarh District (Hindi अलीगढ़ जिला) is a district in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Its district seat is located in the city of Aligarh.
The Aligarh District belongts to Agra Division. More than one third of its inhabitants are Muslims.
