Ma. Alicia Austria-Martinez (born December 19, 1940) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She was appointed to the Court by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on April 12, 2002.

Austria-Martinez entered the judicial branch after earning her law degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines. For 19 years, she was employed as a lawyer in various positions in the judiciary, including 7 years as a Clerk of Court with the Court of Appeals. She was first appointed a judge in 1983, and she would serve the next 9 years as a trial court judge in Calamba and Pasay City.
In 1992, Austria-Martinez was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Appeals. Serving 10 years in the appellate court, she became its Presiding Justice in July of 2001 and held that position until her promotion to the Supreme Court.
As with her classmate from the U.P. College of Law, Chief Justice Reynato Puno, Austria-Martinez's late spouse was the former Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court.
