Alice Despard is an American singer-songwriter. Her songs are often compared to those of Patti Smith and Neil Young. Her influences include Van Morrison, the Beatles, Mission of Burma, East River Pipe, Vic Chesnutt, and the Sea and Cake.

Her most recent album is Vessel, released by Wampus Multimedia in 2005.
