If you have sources asserting facts about him different than those in the article, feel free to edit the article itself, but don't just add homemade warning tags. Thanks. [edit] Troy Hurtubise edit...
Thanks for the heads up about adding an unauthorized warning at the head of the page. I have instead added to the article without removing parts of, or altering, the page itself. I would however disagree that the nature of the article excuses it's lack of NPOV. It is, after a moments perusal, terribly biased. While you or I may be able to distinguish this fact, and the absurd nature of Troy's claims, all readers may not be so well equipped. Ideally, shouldn't Wikipedia aspire to reflect reality, not simply the collective opinions of whomever has the most time to edit a page? As someone who has clearly devoted a great deal of time to such editing, I would urge you to consider the encyclopedic nature of wikipedia, and recgonize that citing imagined sources and the like, while maintaining the fiction of authenticity, does not lend the article real credence.
That said, I am new, and you were right about the warning I placed. For that you have my thanks. I hope that if I write an article you'll be as firm an advocate for it as you are for others, should it compky with Wikipedia's style and mission. Thanks
