Algoma—Manitoulin (also known as Algoma) is a provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1867 to 1885, and since [1902.
Algoma was renamed Algoma—Manitoulin in 1934.
Between 1986 and 1999, the district consisted of all of Algoma District minus two townships south of Hearst, an area of the southeast, which included Elliot Lake and everything east of it, and the city of Sault Ste. Marie.
In 1999, it was redefined to have the same borders as the Algoma—Manitoulin federal district.
While Algoma—Manitoulin existed, another Algoma district was created prior to the 1967 election, but was abolished before the 1999 election.
