Alfonso Petrucci

Alfonso Petrucci (c. 1490 - July 6, 1517) was an Italian nobleman and cardinal, a member of the Medici family in the early Renaissance. Born in Siena, he was a son of Giovanni di Lorenzo de' Medici. He died in Rome.

He became a Cardinal in 1511. He was sentenced to death and strangled for hatching a plot against Leo X.
