A gentlemens agreement of sorts, was reached concerning diacritcals on NHL team pages & NHL players pages. Team pages leave off diacriticals, while NHL players pages allow them. Hi, I see that you had 'adopted' Norkus. Although he's since 'left adoption', he might still need some advice. He's advertising personal info on his user page, including full name, age (a minor), and location. In addition, he's made some bizarre edits regarding adminship, and has blanked his page a few times of all commentary. It might be worth suggesting he needs a little more guidance about using Wikipedia. I found him when he tried to start a WikiProject about family trees. After you contributed to the deletion discussion on the Helen Hollick article, the author herself put some references on the deletion page, and I think we now have adequate confirmation of notability from independent sources. I initially voted to delete myself, but I've been working with her to improve the page with more footnotes and more information. At this point I think the article is worthy of keeping, and I'm continuing to work on it with her. Please take another look at the page and consider whether you'd like to change your vote. Thanks! How is it possible for some wikipedians to track and harass other wikipedians in real life by reading one's contributions of certain articles? The contributions could be written by anybody.

Thx, for answer, however this solution changes only part of the page as it is here - here. Even if you set the width to 100% and so height the blue background is surrounded by the white background. I was interested in changing the background of the entire wikipage!!! As is the case with for example talk pages - they are rendered blue while standard pages are rendered white. I'm also interested in creating my own Special Page with given background color.

Let me know if it's possible and how to do it or redirect me to someone that will know
