[edit] Year of death

Maybe we should follow http://www.whoiswho.ru/russian/Curnom/22004/el.htm and http://www.pseudology.org/people/Genealogy1.htm and state her years of life as 1872-1935? instead of 1872-?  ? It would make some sense and would not make the bots crazy? abakharev 20:31, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

Well, the reason that "1935?" has been a common date for decades is that Trotsky lost contact with Sokolovskaya in 1935 right after her arrest. However, Nadezhda Joffe, who knew both Trotsky and Sokolovskaya well, later reported that she last saw Sokolovskaya in 1938 when they were briefly held in the same labor camp in the famous Kolyma region. Perhaps we could change the date to "1938?"? Ahasuerus 03:12, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
