Alexander Wittek

Alexander Wittek (18521894) was an Austrian architect who was working in Bosnia and Herzegovina during Austro-Hungarian Empire. His most famous work in Sarajevo is City hall building called "Vijećnica" (later it was National Library). He also constructed Sebilj.

Wittek committed suicide in 1894.
