Alexander William Fraser

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Alexander (Xander) William Malise Fraser is in the line of succession to the British Throne. He is currently 231st in line. He is the son of Mark Nicolson and his wife Katharine Fraser. Katharine is the daughter of Alexander Ramsay and Flora Fraser, Lady Saltoun. Flora Fraser is the Chief of the Clan Fraser and Lady Saltoun. Katharine will inherit these titles from her mother and then Alexander will eventually inherit them from his mother. Since someone can't become the chief of a clan without taking the clans surname, Katharine took the last name Fraser because she is her mother's heir apparent. Because Alexander is her heir, he has the surname of Fraser. He is currently attending Harrow School.

[edit] Family and Ancestry

Alexander has two older sisters, Louise Nicolson and Juliet Nicolson. His grandfather, Alexander Ramsay, is the son of Alexander Ramsay and Princess Patricia of Connaught. Patricia was the daughter of Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Princess Luise Margarete of Prussia. Arthur was the son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Since Alexander is a descendent of Queen Victoria, he is in the line of succession to the British Throne. He is currently 231st in line.
