Alexander Michael Dokychuk born on October 22, 1958 in USSR (Ukraine), US and Russian citizen, in 1992 has organized and led a Russian Ministry of Defence delegation to North America and the Pentagon, to inform U.S. public in a televised live program that after the collapse of USSR, the successor to USSR - Russia will never again aim its nuclear missiles at US cities.
